Refunds and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact The Dress Pavilion by email at customercare@thedresspavilion.com within 14 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, The Dress Pavilion will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item shipped back to us.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@thedresspavilion.com. If your return is accepted, well send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time we do not accept any local Postal Service.

For declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. When shipped from outside the EU a fixed customs fee of 27 euros will be deducted from the refund. No other customs fees will be charged.

If returns are accepted the shipment fees will be refunded.

Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 7 business days of received and approved returns.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
